Solvere Technical Group is seeking a Management Analyst – Journeyman to support our organization in making informed business decisions. The ideal candidate will analyze data, develop reports, and recommend strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness within various departments. The candidate will also thrive in a fast-paced program environment with complex information while assessing and monitoring program planning, risk, and health assessments to ensure the program delivers within cost, scope, and schedule requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Shall perform recurring and ad hoc analytical support within a fast-paced, high intensity environment with shifting priorities to identify gaps or risks, assess status or impact; track actions; compile, summarize and prepare information; conduct data analysis.
• Will perform regular maintenance and tracking of an integrated project plan and timelines to monitor dependencies and ensure program execution so that critical tasks, milestones, and decisions do not slip.
• Will also perform technical writing and editing; and similar administrative functions such as assisting in the development of briefing materials, talking points, status updates, and other supporting artifacts.
• Detail oriented; basic computer skills; proactive in identifying discrepancies, tracking actions, and driving organizational follow-through.
• Collaborative, to quickly absorb complex information, strong writing/communication skills; PowerPoint; graphics; writing

Qualifications:

Required

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business data analysis
• BA/BS
• Detail oriented
• Basic computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, graphics)
• Good written communication skills

Desired

• MA/MS degree
